Studies show that since the recent phase out of incandescent bulbs, 4/10 consumers are confused while light bulb shopping. To develop an effective packaging solution, I first had to understand the user pathway when shopping for this commodity item. Through case studies and user research, insights were drawn and translated into a package solution.
